RELAXATION AREA
Pool jacuzzi terraces
Le Moulin D'Hourtoy offers several terraces in the sun, in the shade or under lean-tos, all fitted out according to their location.
You will find beautiful and large lounges, sunbeds, large tables to eat.
The mill welcomes you summer and winter on its magnificent terraces overlooking the river at the foot of the large oaks, More than 300 m2 to enjoy the different spaces.
The salt pool (10x4 m) with counter-current swimming is a relaxation, sports or games area for everyone.
A beach (2 x 4 m) will allow the less adventurous or young children to splash around…
The jacuzzi can accommodate up to 7 people, it is heated to 38°C which can be modified according to your wishes.
It has a speaker, allowing you to connect via Bluetooth to listen to music.
Outdoor shower and WC For summer days we have installed a shower and outdoor toilets next to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
Canopy bed: for a massage, a siesta or simply a reading break, this canopy bed placed on the terrace will offer you a moment of serenity.
"GOURMET" AREA Brazier, Plancha, Barbecue
Welcome to our "Gourmet" space
In all weathers on its semi-covered terrace with an area of 80 m2, this brazier, barbecue, plancha area is a very friendly place...
Its comfortable lounges, its stretched fabrics, its guinguette spirit offer you a moment of relaxation and conviviality around an aperitif or a good meal.
When night falls, all you have to do is look up to see thousands of stars!!!
NATURE AND DISCOVERIES
Le Moulin D'Hourtoy is a 1.6 hectare property planted with century-old oak trees, bordered by two rivers.
This little gem between rivers, pond and forest benefits from an exceptional environment.
You are lovers of wide open spaces and calm, this property is made for you…
The fauna and flora are the guardians of the place, you will fall in love with this Safe Haven.
Mushroom picking enthusiasts will be thrilled!!!

river (Little Leyre).

The tree house
Perched on the heights, the tree house is for children (from 8 years old) an ideal point of view to watch the parents !!!

A magnificent top-of-the-range sports hall from the brand (NOHRD) awaits you with a view of the small Montorgueuil river.

The space is located opposite the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, right next to the outdoor bathroom.
GAMES
Billiards : American billiards and all its equipment remains at your disposal under the porch of the house.
Boulodrome: This bowling green, installed in the shelter of the oaks by the river will allow you to have a good time with friends, we of course put the balls and the jack at your disposal!!!

We offer you
a double box and a tack room.
On the edge of the river, part of the clearing is fenced so that your horses can enjoy serenely.
